| how many people stop their routine after show season? or do you keep the workouts and maybe do it less often? then when it comes time for the next season - when do you start the harder workouts again? just curious how everyones "keeps" are different in the off season vs. the on |

| i do alot more drag weight (5 miles) rather than track work in the winter cause i hate the utah heat in the summer we work the track at night 7-9pm
my dogs work soooo hard in the winter they will have steam comin off there head and they eat like no other in the winter too |
